No-Wai! :: Free Hi-Res Widescreen Wallpaper

Hey everyone, just dropping a little line letting you know that I haven’t jumped ship. This has just been a hectic week… job interviews, emergency rooms, day-to-day stuff, it’s been a busy week. Also, when I have had time to update the site I have been unable to find suitable stock photos to make wallpapers with. I’ll get back on track soon hopefully, and the updates will resume.

BTW, Mastodon’s new album, Blood Mountain, is good. I mean ridiculously good, like best album this year, or last year, or even next year. Seriously, if you like any form of heavy music at all, you must get it.

I’ve just now decided to check what this site looks like in Internet Explorer, and the sidebar looks completely jacked up. I’ve been using Firefox since beta, and occasionally it slips my mind that sites look different between browsers. Since I have no control over the HTML of my site’s template (thanks a lot WordPress /sarcasm) there’s really nothing I can do about this problem, other than suggest to those of you using Internet Explorer that it might be time to switch to Firefox.

Ok, so apparently I didn’t have the mail address listed for the site forwarding properly to my regular email account and I’ve missed a lot of your mail. So, if you had some urgent question or comment, either send the mail again to the same address (I’ve fixed the forwarding problem) or just leave your message as a comment somewhere here on the site. I’m usually a little slow on getting back to people who leave me comments, but this particular comment is a request, so I’ll leave my response as this post.

I don’t have the original stock images that I made the Bliss set of wallpapers out of. I’m sure I can find them again, it will just take a little while. But, rest assured, eventually I’ll have those 6 Bliss wallpapers back up in 1920×1200 resolution.

I’ve found quite a few really nice macro shots, so expect more of this over the next few days.

Well, like everyone, I was quite shocked about the sudden death of Steve Irwin. So as a small tribute, I have made a single wallpaper for today’s post. A crocodile.
